The ladies here are absolutely amazing. We had meant to book an appointment for 3 people at the Gloss Nail Lounge but had accidentally booked it elsewhere. When we got here and realized, Rachel and the receptionist were so sweet and understanding, and fit us in within 20 minutes to accommodate our timeline.
